Shipping Information

free-shipping-graphic.gifTo make your online shopping with us pain free, we are pleased to offer for a limited time FREE shipping for all orders going to the continental U.S. Sent via USPS Priority Mail, your order will arrive in approximately 2 to three days.

We are sorry but international orders do not qualify for free shipping. Instead of paying flat rates, international customers will pay the actual rate that USPS assigns to the weight of the package and the order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail (delivered in approximately 7 to 14 days). In order to expedite delivery, we offer the option of paying more for delivery by USPS Priority Mail Express (delivered in approximately 3 to 5 days).

 

Return Information

Because of the unique nature of vintage clothing, we have a limited return policy. We only accept returns if the item you receive from us has a major flaw that detracts from its wearability or value that was not mentioned in the description. Although we also try to mention them, this does not include minor issues such as loose threads, slight seam stress, loose buttons, etc. We only accept returns based on size or fit issues on an individual basis at our discretion. All returns must be pre-approved via email. Our return policy is as follows:

  • We must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
  • Written notification of intent to return an item must be made by email before the item is shipped back to us to orlvintage@earthlink.net.
  • The item must be shipped back to us with insurance within 48 hours of receipt for the full purchase price.
  • Item must be returned to Orlando Vintage Clothing and Costumes, 2117 W. Fairbanks Ave., Winter Park, FL 32789.
  • The item must arrive in the condition it was when shipped to the buyer. Customer will be refunded unless the item returned shows any sign of wear and it is then up to the discretion of Orlando Vintage to determine a fair refund amount.
  • If the item you purchased has a major flaw that we failed to mention, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price usually within 48 hours of receipt of the item in satisfactory condition. We will not issue a refund due to incorrect sizing.  We provide a sizing chart for your use so please make sure you follow the chart before ordering.
  • No refunds are given on items damaged or lost by carrier in shipping. We ship all items insured and the purchaser is to pursue any shipping claims with the carrier - usually the US Postal Service.
